Debra R. Comer is The Mel Weitz Distinguished Professor in Business and Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Zarb School of Business, Hofstra University. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University and has been a key faculty member at Hofstra, contributing to leadership, research, and innovative teaching, especially in online education.
