Dr. Janet A. Lenaghan is Dean of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business and Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Hofstra University, where she also holds the Walter H. 'Bud' Miller Distinguished Professor in Business title. She is the first woman to serve as dean of the Zarb School, beginning her tenure in January 2019.
