Dr. Simon Poon is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney with a cross-disciplinary focus at the intersection of Health Informatics , Computer Science , and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) data analytics . He holds multiple academic roles including Honorary Associate at the University of Sydney Business School and Adjunct Associate Professor at Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in the Institute of Integrative Medicine.
