Jennifer Way is an Associate Professor in Mathematics Education at the University of Sydney's Faculty of Education and Social Work, leading the Primary Program for the Sydney STEM Teacher Enrichment Academy. She holds a BEd, MEd, and PhD from the University of Western Sydney. Her research focuses on effective pedagogies in mathematics education, particularly representations in learning, teacher professional development, and the integration of digital technologies. Current projects include the ELEMS initiative on embodied learning in early STEM education and studies on teacher-student interactions.
