Associate Professor Ilektra Spandagou holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield and has extensive experience in special and inclusive education across Greece and Australia. She currently teaches in the Master of Education (Special Education) program at the University of Sydney's Faculty of Education and Social Work. Her research focuses on inclusive education policies, disability studies, and curriculum differentiation.
