Jack Daly is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Leeds University Business School , affiliated with the Centre for Employment Relations, Innovation and Change (CERIC) . His research focuses on equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in male-dominated industries, examining how men act as both facilitators and barriers to ED&I policies, and the institutional resistance to egalitarian workplace reforms. PhD: Work and Employment Relations, University of Leeds MA: Organizational Behaviour, University of Leeds BA: Business and Management, University of Lincoln Key research areas include: Gender pay gap in financial/legal sectors Climate change mitigation through workforce diversity Decarbonisation strategies in foundation industries Cultural barriers to ED&I policies His recent conference papers explore intersections of diversity, sustainability, and organizational resistance, with a notable focus on “glass bubbles” in professional services. Daly supervises PhD student Parul Srivastava and contributes to teaching modules like Human Resource Management Dissertation and Gender and Equality at Work .
