Dr Suzanne Couloigner is a Career Development Fellow at the University of York's School for Business and Society since 2023. Her research focuses on grand challenges such as migration, identity, and sustainability through actor-centred methodologies. She holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Nottingham, alongside MSc International Business and dual BA degrees in English and German Literature from Université Paris Sorbonne.
Her current research explores end-users' perspectives on decarbonising carbon-intensive sectors like aviation and the food cold chain through collaborations with engineering disciplines. She employs Q-methodology and process-thinking frameworks to analyze societal issues.
