Jack Daly is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Leeds University Business School, affiliated with the Centre for Employment Relations, Innovation and Change (CERIC). His research focuses on equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in male-dominated industries, examining how men act as both facilitators and barriers to ED&I policies, and the institutional resistance to egalitarian workplace reforms.

Daly supervises PhD student Parul Srivastava and contributes to teaching modules like Human Resource Management Dissertation and Gender and Equality at Work.
