Dr. Esme Terry is a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds' Leeds University Business School, affiliated with the ESRC-funded Digital Futures at Work Research Centre (Digit). Her work focuses on digital transformations in professional sectors, the sociology of work, and diversity in organizations. She holds a PhD from Edinburgh Business School and an MA from Heriot-Watt University.
