Dr Yvonne Leung is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Psychology, University of New South Wales (UNSW) . Her research focuses on cognitive ageing, dementia, and cognitive reserve , with expertise in harmonizing internationally sourced data and analyzing factors associated with cognitive impairment in ethno-regionally diverse populations. She was formerly the coordinator of the International Centenarian Consortium-Dementia and is currently funded by CEPAR to investigate gender differences in cognitive ageing and ageism . Her work bridges psychological health, data harmonization, and cross-cultural studies in older adults. Recent Publications span cognitive neuroscience, immunology, and music cognition. Key themes include environmental determinants of cognitive decline , gender differences in neurodegenerative diseases , music preference models , and antitumor immune responses .
