PD Dr. Ulrich Niggemann is an adjunct professor at the University of Augsburg's Faculty of Philology and History and serves as Director/Managing Scientific Secretary at the Institute for European Cultural History. He leads the subproject B03 on confessional minorities' security implications in the early modern era within the CRC 138 'Dynamics of Security' (2014-2017) and remains an associated member (since 2020).
