Dr. Tracy R.H. Kizer is a tenured Associate Professor of Marketing at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College. With 16+ years in academia and 8 years in corporate roles, she bridges academic theory and industry practice. Her research focuses on consumer psychology, branding, DEIB, and social justice. She teaches across MBA and Executive Doctorate programs, mentoring 13 EDBA dissertations. She chairs key committees and served as Special Assistant to the President for DEIB Strategy at Rollins, pioneering inclusive institutional practices.
