Prior to academia, she worked in banking, holding roles like Assistant Vice President of Small Business Lending.
Her recent work explores barriers in strategy execution, agile leadership, and team-member viability in project teams. She contributes to editorial boards of Group & Organization Management and Academy of Management Learning & Education, furthering discourse on management education and team science.
