Steven Siegel

Steven Siegel is an Assistant Professor of Music at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, serving as Director of Bands and Trumpet Instructor. He directs the Symphonic Band and Chamber Winds, teaches music education courses, and supervises student teachers. Previously, he held roles as Director of Bands at Western Colorado University and led the Colorado Brass Band. His performance career spans classical and commercial ensembles, including the Lexington Brass Band and numerous orchestras. A sought-after clinician and adjudicator, he has performed at International Trumpet Guild conferences, premiering new works. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Music from West Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Music from James Madison University.
