Hunter McKay is a Boston-based saxophonist, composer, and educator serving as Lecturer in Music Theory at New England Conservatory (NEC). He concurrently teaches saxophone at Roger Williams University and music theory at Fitchburg State University, while developing curriculum such as the undergraduate course Rhythm & Jazz: Origins and Manifestations throughout History through NEC's Prize Instructorship.
