Hugh T. Dugan is a Visiting Professor at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University since 2015. He specializes in U.S. participation in the United Nations and multilateral processes, drawing from his 32-year career at the U.S. Department of State and 26 years of UN engagement. He teaches graduate courses on UN politics and Security Council issues and advises the UN Studies Graduate Certificate program.
