Elizabeth McClintock is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Negotiations at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and Executive Director of the Bridgeway Group. With over 25 years of expertise, she specializes in conflict resolution and negotiation training for public and private sectors globally. Her research focuses on post-conflict environments, public health diplomacy, and multisectoral collaboration. She advises international institutions like the UN and WHO, and has led projects in Burundi, Timor-Leste, and Liberia.
Education: BA from Dartmouth College, MALD and PhD from The Fletcher School. She teaches at Harvard Law School and Johns Hopkins SAIS. Current work includes a WHO-led antimicrobial resistance program. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Morocco), her career bridges academia and global policy practice.
Publications include the 2012 book Negotiating Public Health in a Globalized World and articles on peacebuilding and global health diplomacy. Her work emphasizes practical solutions for conflict management and institutional collaboration in fragile states.
