Philip Moremen is an Associate Professor and Department Chair at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations, Seton Hall University. He joined as one of its founding faculty members and holds dual expertise in J.D. and Ph.D. His research focuses on international law, environmental policy, and peace operations. He chairs the Center for UN and Global Governance Studies and holds leadership roles in the American Branch of the International Law Association.

His work often bridges theoretical legal frameworks with practical governance challenges in conflict zones and environmental diplomacy.
