Henrique Carvalho

Dr. Henrique Carvalho is a Lecturer in Law at the Birkbeck Law School, University of London, since 2019. He completed his PhD at Birkbeck in 2022 with the dissertation 'Abstracted objects: The vernacular metaphysics of copyright law'. Prior affiliations include teaching at the University of Macau (2008-2014), Kent Law School, and Birkbeck School of Arts.

• Publications: Investigates copyright development in Macau and critiques ACTA's negotiation processes.
