James Parish is a Lecturer in Intellectual Property and Information Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. He holds a BA in Film Production (Arts Institute of Bournemouth), LLB (University of Glamorgan), LLM in Intellectual Property & Information Law (King’s College London), and a PhD from the University of Cambridge (supervised by Prof. Lionel Bently). His research focuses on legal theory, historical analysis of IP law, and modern challenges posed by AI and emerging technologies.
