Dr. Jose Bellido is Reader in Law at the University of Kent, where he directs the Intellectual Property Pathway (LLM) and postgraduate research. His scholarship examines intellectual property history, legal theory, and copyright systems, with particular focus on historical development of IP frameworks. Bellido edits landmark case collections and collaborates internationally on copyright historiography projects.
