Prof. Dr. Dr. hc mult. Dieter Grimm is a Professor of Public Law at Humboldt University of Berlin's Faculty of Law. He has held multiple distinguished roles, including former Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court (1989–1995), Rector of the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin (2002–2007), and Visiting Professor at institutions such as Yale Law School (2002–2017), New York University, and Harvard Law School. His research focuses on constitutional law, comparative constitutions, and constitutional theory.
