Prof. Dr. Christian Waldhoff is a Professor of Public Law and Financial Law at Humboldt University of Berlin's Faculty of Law. He serves as Head of the Representation of North Rhine-Westphalia to the Federal Government, Berlin (since 2022). His expertise spans constitutional law, religious law, and financial policy. He earned his doctorate in 2018 with a dissertation on democratic constitutional personnel law, awarded the Konrad Redeker Prize. He has held roles in the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia and conducted research at Harvard, Yale, and Princeton.
