Dr. Maria Spichkova is a Senior Lecturer at RMIT University's School of Computing Technologies. She specializes in Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and Computer Science Education. Her research explores human factors in software development, AI applications, and sustainability. She has over 140 publications, including a monograph, and has secured over AUD$385k in research funding since 2015.
