Cui Tracy Zou is an Instructor of Management Information Systems at the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. She holds a Master’s in Information Science and Technology, an MBA, and a graduate certificate in Business Analytics and Data Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Her bachelor’s degree is in Administrative Management from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Prior to OU, she served as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Missouri S&T.
Her research focuses on digital platforms, user-generated content, and business analytics. Notable work includes exploring machine learning applications for sentiment analysis, analyzing pandemic-era eLearning usability, and studying Industry 4.0 challenges across nations. Her scholarship spans consumer behavior in mobile commerce and supply chain quality management.
Zou’s publications address topics ranging from remote reskilling strategies during the pandemic to bridging gaps between supply chains and consumer experiences. She contributes to academic discussions on integrating business thinking into STEM education and career development.
