Dr. Hwansuk Chris Choi is a distinguished Professor at the University of Guelph's Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, where he leads research in hospitality, food, and tourism management. With over 300 publications and $4 million in secured grants, his work examines sustainable tourism, consumer behavior, and service innovation. His recent research explores psychological dimensions of tourism experiences, technology impacts in hospitality, and niche tourism markets.
