Bramwell Osula is a Senior Lecturer at Regent University's School of Business & Leadership. He joined Regent in 2002, initially in the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship until 2014. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Waterloo (Canada), an M.A. from the same institution, and a B.A. from the University of Lancaster (UK). His expertise spans cross-cultural leadership, organizational design, consulting, and ethics, with a focus on global contexts across five continents.
Osula has held roles as a business development director and performance consultant, and has taught at institutions including the College of Saint Elizabeth and the City University of New York. His research emphasizes values-based leadership, ethical practices, and cross-cultural dynamics. He has authored/co-authored multiple books, including Rethinking Leadership: A Values-Based Approach (2012) and Value Mining (2011).
His awards include Regent's Faculty of the Year (2008) and PCE's Faculty Member of the Year (2013). He has presented globally, with keynotes on topics like national security, leadership regeneration, and social integration. Osula has also led initiatives in Bolivia, China, and Indonesia, including cybersecurity training and organizational consulting.
His advising and grants include leadership in the Jessup International Law Moot Court (2017), cybersecurity certificate programs, and the MAP research project in Bolivia. He co-founded leadership development programs and remains active in workshops, mentoring, and global advisory roles.
