Dr. Bruce E. Winston is a Professor and Director of the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership program at Regent University's School of Business & Leadership (SBL). He has been at Regent since 1991, serving as dean from 2006 to 2013. His expertise spans leadership, organizational development, university administration, strategic foresight, communication, quality improvement, and marketing. He has also led organizations in the commercial printing industry prior to his academic career.

Notable publications include Leadership as Loving One Another: Agapao and Agape Love in the Organization (2024) and Biblical Organizational Spirituality (Volumes 1–3).
His articles focus on themes like servant leadership’s impact on employee well-being, organizational spirituality, and leadership development. Recent work explores the interplay between New Testament principles and modern organizational culture. His awards include Regent’s Outstanding Faculty of the Year (2024) and recognition for contributions to distance education.
