She transitioned from a career in global business to academia, focusing on leadership development in online environments, student retention strategies, cross-cultural leadership, and ethical leadership.
Her professional roles include director of academic programs, dean, and committee member for initiatives like the Regent University Spiritual Development Task Force and multiple admissions committees. Her research emphasizes the intersection of leadership with spiritual formation, organizational well-being, and global cultural dynamics. She has received the Distinguished Research Award from the Academy of Educational Leadership Journal.
