Tedi Anne Hasapopoulos is an Adjunct Lecturer at Bethel University’s Graduate School, specializing in MBA and graduate-level programs. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa (1979), an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management (1984), an M.Div. (2006), and a D.Min. (2018) from Bethel Theological Seminary. Her work bridges business strategy, faith, and leadership, focusing on economic flourishing, applied ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.
Her research integrates faith with professional leadership, emphasizing how the Holy Spirit empowers transformative leadership. She has consulted on strategic planning and qualitative marketing research for General Mills and other organizations, and contributed to Bethel Seminary’s Work with Purpose Initiative. Courses taught include Marketing, Data Analysis, Ethics, and Global Ministry.
Her publications explore biblical foundations for economics, leadership, and discipleship, with works published by Christianity Today and Bethel Seminary Press. She actively coaches leaders in non-profit and business sectors, and engages in church leadership focused on home church development.
Presentations include panel discussions on economic flourishing and workshops on leadership identity and DEI best practices. Her doctoral thesis developed a model to empower leaders through spiritual engagement, reflecting her commitment to faith-driven professional growth.
