Dr. Kathleen A. Patterson is a **Professor** and **Director of the Doctor of Strategic Leadership Program** at Regent University’s **School of Business & Leadership**, where she has served since 1999. She is a globally recognized expert in **servant leadership**, having coordinated international research roundtables in the Netherlands, Australia, and Iceland, and hosting annual events at Regent University for over two decades. Her research includes over 9,000 Google Scholar citations, with seminal works like *Servant Leadership: Developments in Theory and Practice* (2025) and her groundbreaking dissertation *Servant Leadership: A Theoretical Model* (2003), which remains a top-ranked global dissertation. Dr. Patterson holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (Regent University, 2003), an M.A. in Organizational Leadership (Regent, 2000), and a B.A. in Sociology (Lee College, 1991).
