Dr Olga Anikeeva is a Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide's School of Public Health (part of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences). Her research focuses on the health impacts of extreme heat and climate change, particularly among vulnerable populations such as outdoor workers, culturally diverse communities, and older individuals. She holds a PhD and a BHealthSci(Hons) qualification. Grants & Funding Lead investigator for grants totaling over $2.5M USD, including projects on heatwave resilience, early warning systems in China, and cross-country health partnerships. Notable grants include the Goyder Institute's $1.2M project on ecosystem services and the National Foundation's $260K initiative on heatwave early warning systems.
