Gerd Seidel

Prof. Gerd Seidel is a distinguished Professor at the Humboldt University of Berlin's Faculty of Law since 1983, holding the Chair for Public Law, International and European Law since 1991. He retired as a full professor in 2008 but remains active in research and publications.
