Davis is a Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law , where she serves as the Director of Online Legal Education Strategies and Faculty Fellow for Generative Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education (appointed 2024). She holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (summa cum laude, Order of the Coif) and a PhD in Human Communication from Arizona State University's Hugh Downs School of Human Communication.
