Magdalena Rybicka, MA is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and International Relations, Academy of Finance and Business Vistula. She serves as Deputy Director of the Centre for Asian Studies and is pursuing doctoral studies at her institution. Her expertise spans Economics, with a focus on innovation, the New Silk Road, Asian economies, and crisis analysis. She teaches macro/microeconomics, Asia-related subjects, and innovation strategies. Education includes a degree from the Military Technical Academy (2008) and postgraduate studies in economic research methodology (2014). She has over 15 years of public administration experience, including 10 years at the Ministry of Finance. Dr. Rybicka has authored over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and monographs, with research presentations at international conferences. She is a member of the Polish Economic Society and Secretary of the Foresight Committee 'Poland 2000 Plus' at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Her research explores interdisciplinary topics like Asian development trajectories, risk analysis, and innovation ecosystems. Current projects involve EU-funded initiatives at Vistula University. She contributes to doctoral programs in Management and Economics while actively engaging in transnational cooperation studies via ICT applications in border services.
