Dr. Natalia Caicedo Camacho is an Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Barcelona . She earned her PhD in Law with European distinction (2012) and has conducted research stays at the University of Toronto, University of Oxford (COMPAS), and Scoula Superiore San'Anna in Pisa. Teaches in the Interuniversity Master's Degree in Contemporary Migration (UAB-UB), Master's Degree in Social Policies and Action (IGOP-UAB), and Postgraduate Program in Community Law (Barcelona Bar Association). Principal Investigator of the European Migrants with Irregular Migration Status: Safe Reporting of Crime (VISA-RoC) project. Research Focus : Dr. Caicedo specializes in immigration law , social rights , and gender equality . Her work intersects with European Union law , human rights , and policy reforms , particularly in Latin America and the EU. Recent Publications Trends : Her research addresses asylum regulation , migrant social rights , housing law , and feminist critiques of equality frameworks .
