Loïc SAUVEE is an Associate Professor in Management Sciences and Expert Advisor to the Scientific Department at UniLaSalle, affiliated with the Institut polytechnique UniLaSalle. He holds an Habilitation to Direct Research (HDR) in Management Sciences and leads the InTerACT research unit. His work focuses on governance structures in networked organizations, particularly in agri-food systems, sustainability transitions, and territorial innovation. He has supervised over 20 doctoral theses, co-authored 178 publications, and collaborates with institutions like IFAMA Europe and COSTECH laboratory. Research interests include sustainable development, organizational learning in SMEs, and the integration of bioeconomy principles. Notable projects include studies on urban agriculture governance in Rouen, brownfield redevelopment, and digital platform impacts on agricultural sustainability. He has pioneered frameworks for assessing farming system vulnerability and aligning quality management standards with governance structures. Publications span journals like International Food and Agribusiness Management Review and Urban Science , focusing on topics such as territorial biorefineries, polycentric governance models, and innovation diffusion in agrifood networks. His work bridges management science theory with practical applications in rural and urban development.
