Zachary Keeler is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Energy Commerce & Business Economics at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. He holds a BS from Frostburg State University and MS/PhD degrees from West Virginia University. His research focuses on urban/regional economics, housing/real estate economics, and environmental/natural resource economics, addressing topics such as energy, transportation, entrepreneurship, sports, and natural hazards/economic resilience. Keeler is actively involved in professional organizations including the Southern Regional Science Association (SRSA), North American Regional Science Council (NARSC), Regional Science Association International (RSAI), and the Agriculture and Applied Economics Association (AAEA).
