Bonnie Keeler is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where she co-directs the Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy (STEP). She is affiliated with the Institute on the Environment, the Natural Capital Project, and serves as a co-director of the CREATE Initiative. Her research bridges sustainability science and environmental economics, focusing on water management, policy, and equity.
