YIN Wenyan is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Her research focuses on new technologies in marketing, consumer wellness, and word-of-mouth communication, particularly exploring how technologies enhance health behaviors and financial planning. She has presented at major conferences like ACR and AMTP and published in Health Marketing Quarterly. She serves as a reviewer for Service Science.
