Hong Yuly is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on corporate sustainability strategies and consumer engagement, particularly how businesses can enhance consumer trust and leverage sustainability initiatives to improve both reputation and profitability. She teaches ethics and sustainability in the Master of Science in Marketing program.
Her expertise spans consumer trust mechanisms, word-of-mouth communication, and identity-driven consumer behavior. She has contributed to the Journal of Consumer Research with a landmark meta-analysis on consumer trust spanning five decades. Her work has been presented at leading conferences such as the Association for Consumer Research and the American Marketing Association.
Yuly Hong actively reviews for marketing conferences and participates in research partnerships, including initiatives on digital transformation and sustainable energy systems through NEOMA's collaborative projects.
