Troy Todd is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University's School of Education, with prior affiliation as an Affiliate Professor at Johns Hopkins University's School of Education. He has nearly two decades of administrative experience in the Howard County Public School Systems and previously taught second and third grades. Mr. Todd founded the "Bringing Kids Success" after-school program and was instrumental in opening Hanover Hills Elementary School, the newest addition to Howard County.
