Tosen Nwadei is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Department of Management, University of Toronto-Scarborough, with a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behavior and HR Management area at the Rotman School of Management. His research focuses on intergroup relations, stigma, authenticity, and inequality in workplace and societal contexts.
Research Interests: Nwadei investigates dynamics of intergroup relations, stigma, and inequality using experimental methods (field experiments, audit studies) and observational studies from online/field data. His interdisciplinary approach spans psychology, sociology, history, and anthropology.
Education: He earned a PhD from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, establishing his foundation in behavioral science and organizational research.
