Geoffrey J. Leonardelli is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, with a cross-appointment in the Department of Psychology. His work bridges social psychology, behavioral economics, and organizational behavior to focus on personal growth, leadership development, and organizational change.
- PhD and MA in Psychology from The Ohio State University

- Diversity and inclusion in organizations

He directs the Self and Identity Lab (SAIL) and has developed innovative MBA courses and executive training programs. His teaching excellence was recognized in 2019 with the Faculty-wide Teaching Award at Rotman.
