His work often examines the psychological and social dynamics that influence how employees interact with organizational knowledge systems and with each other in professional settings.
Professor Zweig's publication record demonstrates a consistent focus on understanding the darker aspects of workplace behavior and knowledge management. His most recent work continues to explore knowledge theft as a barrier to organizational knowledge management efforts, building on his extensive research into knowledge hiding behaviors. His scholarship reveals a strong interest in the tension between individual and organizational interests in knowledge-related behaviors.
