Toni K. Weijola is a Lecturer and Teacher-Conductor at the Lawrence Community Music School, part of Lawrence University. She has been affiliated with the university since 2015, contributing to choral and music education programs. Weijola holds a B.M. in Music Education from Lawrence University (2001) and an M.M. in Music Education with a Kodaly emphasis from Silver Lake College.
Her professional roles include serving as an elementary music teacher in the Appleton Area School District and collaborating with Lawrence as a cooperating teacher for future music educators. Weijola actively advocates for the Comprehensive Musicianship through Performance (CMP) teaching model and has participated in professional organizations like the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association and Wisconsin Music Educators Association.
She leads the Capriccio Girl Choir, conducts private voice instruction, and participates in community ensembles such as NEWVoices choir. Weijola also co-leads music and worship ministry at her church, reflecting her commitment to both academic and community-based musical engagement.
