Dr. Tom Hannant is a Lecturer in Law at Swansea University's Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, joining in 2017. He holds an LLB from Cardiff University, an LLM from Cambridge University, and a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London. His research focuses on Legal and Political Philosophy, Public Law, Human Rights, and Devolution. He convenes the School's Public Law Discussion Group and teaches Public Law to first-year undergraduates. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, he participates in the University's Open Door Teaching programme.
