Dr. Lowri Davies is a Lecturer in Law at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University. She teaches on the undergraduate LLB program, specializing in Land Law since 2015 and Equity and Trusts Law since 2018. Her research focuses on WTO trade law, UN human rights law, and access to medicines globally. She holds an LLB (Hons) from Swansea University, followed by the Legal Practice Course and a PhD in Law after practicing law. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Her work explores legal frameworks for global health equity, including compulsory licensing and TRIPS flexibilities. She supervises two PhD students and actively engages with digitalization's impact on IP rights in the creative and maritime industries.
