Chris Rowe is a Lecturer in Law at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University, since January 2023. He specializes in UK public law with a focus on immigration law and social security law. His research explores intersections between human rights, administrative law, and socio-economic policy.
His expertise spans social security frameworks, immigration policy legality, constitutional governance, and judicial review mechanisms. Recent work analyzes the 'Hostile Environment' policy, human rights applications in welfare reform, and legal challenges under the Human Rights Act.
