Associate Professor Tatiana Dancy researches law-tech intersections including algorithmic justice, cryptoassets, and private law theory. She authored 'Artificial Justice' (OUP 2023) analyzing fairness beyond inequality metrics, and received the Modern Law Review Wedderburn Prize for her work on value transactions. Directs Digital Law programs and advises UK Law Commission on digital assets.
